A film is a continuation of 2001’s Cats and Dogs, although it is based upon the character from it.


At a base in Northern Germany, a worker bringing secret codes uncovers a cocker spaniel puppy outside his workplace. He brings the pup in, showing her to his bloodhound, Rex. Rex feels that there is something wrong with the puppy and begin to bark at her, which makes the worker take Rex outside. Rex looks in the window and spotting the pup taking pictures of the top secret files and soon revealing to be Kitty Galore, a hairless evil female cat. Rex turns out to be a dog agent and reports to the Headquarter.
